There are several clients for GIT available in windows. The most famous ones are

- GITHUB
- GITExtensions
Below are the steps to install GITExtensions and clone it from a GIT Server
Download the GIT at : http://sourceforge.net/projects/gitextensions/
Start with the Installation
Choose Putty as the SSH Client
Choose all the defaults and Install
